WEAVING ON THE GO!
Ever wanted to be able to create no matter where you are, with what is readily on hand? Come and learn how to make a loom from cardboard, so you can weave just about anything you want, in any shape that you want, anywhere you want! We will start with a patch to learn the basics with scrap yarns** that you could add to your jeans, a backpack or a ball cap. With that, we will set you up to start a project of your own – another piece of fabric or make a functional bag.
Students are responsible for providing their own supplies**:
- Warp yarn: a strong cotton or nylon – anything but cardboard colored!
- Weft yarn: a synthetic like acrylic or polyester – lots of colors
- Large eyed yarn needle
- Pencil or pen
** The Crafts Center will provide scrap yarn and will send instructions on when and where to pick up your kit (local pickup only).

• If cancellation occurs 10 or more days prior to the start of a class, a 75% refund of payment will be issued; 25% of payment is assessed for processing charge.
• If cancellation occurs less than 10 days prior to the start of a class, a refund cannot be issued unless the space can be filled. If the space is able to be filled, a 50% refund of payment will be issued.
If you find you need to cancel out of a class you have registered for, you must drop the class via Reporter», our new online registration system
