Instructor: Thomas Way
A socially distant introduction to black and white photography —capture light and motion on film with SLR cameras; using your own camera or a Crafts Center loaner. This hybrid learning opportunity begins with an in-person meeting followed by several online ZOOM sessions. Student film will need to be processed and scanned by The Foto Shoppe (located in Cary) with the following class focusing on a group critique to improve techniques before shooting a second roll of film.  Darkroom procedures and negative scanning will be discussed, leaving students prepped and ready for a fun and fascinating future in film photography!
