Wheel II: Expanding Throwing Skills

Wheel II is the next level of pottery wheel instruction. You will build on your skills through practicing throwing consistent forms and exploring surfaces. Projects will include plate forms, basic lidded pots, and techniques for shaping a variety of vase and bottle forms. You will expand your surface design skills through learning about slip decoration and build on your glaze application knowledge.
