Go with the Flow!
This class introduces techniques for using the kiln to create designs with glass flows. We’ll be taking advantage of the fact that glass will flow to ¼ inch thick when given the right temperature and time and learn how the glass will move. Projects include creating a Honey Comb (filling voids built into the piece), a Frit/stringer stretch, and a stack melt.
This is not a beginner level class.
NOTE: This class involves working with sharp glass. For your safety please wear long pants or skirts (nothing short) and closed-toe shoes.
