Bio

I am a ceramic potter and teacher. My journey began at the NCSU Crafts Center where I took an intro course andwas soon spending far too much time in the open studio. The studio manager noticed my passion and introducedme to the student instructor program in 2017. I have since graduated from NCSU but continue to teach courses atthe Crafts Center.
I have been selling my work since 2018 and have grown as an artist and business owner over the years improvingmy display and products. I currently focus on surface decoration and am fascinated by the different effects possibleusing slips, carving, and colorants.
