Admission is $3 per person [children under age 10 free] and FREE for NC State students with ID.

Who can participate?

The Crafts Fair is a way for Crafts Center artists to showcase their work. We provide this opportunity to artists who are active and ongoing participants in Crafts Center classes, studios, events and activities. All work must be created by the exhibitor and produced in some part at the Crafts Center.

To participate as a Crafts Fair Vendor, you must be:
>  A student in a class or workshop
>  An active studio member
>  An annual member
>  An active instructor [active within the last two calendar years]

How do I sign up for a booth?

The application period for the 2019 Crafts Fair begins on April 1 and ends on May 12.

Please read the Crafts Fair Information Sheet thoroughly before applying for a booth.

Beginning on April 1, you may apply for a booth by filling out our on-line Crafts Fair Vendor Application Form. If you aren’t able to access this form please email The last day to apply for a booth is May 12, 2019.

Do not send any payment at this time. Those accepted into the Crafts Fair will be notified by May 24.

Can I volunteer?

Yes! Crafts Center members & instuctors, NCSU students, faculty & staff may sign up to be a volunteer fair helper by e-mailing
