Fused Glass Screenprinting

Learn the basics of silkscreen and hand-drawn, photographic, photocopied, and digital color separation. Learn how to print on glass with screens using a squeegee and glass paints. The pieces will then be fused in a glass fusing kiln to adhere the paint to the glass. Sufficient supplies needed to learn/practice the basic skills during class are included (clear and white glass only – you can purchase colored glass at the Crafts Center if you wish.) Please wear old clothes to work in.

NOTE: If you desire to print large quantities of your designs or practice between classes, you will need to supply your own glass and glass paints (more on this will be discussed during the first-class session).
