4×5 Paper Negative Workshop

March 29, 2024

This workshop is focused on creating still lives and portraits with RC paper rather than sheet film, making it perfect for anyone new to analog photography and intimidated by working in total darkness, or those with past experience that are looking to rebuild a lost muscle memory. Under the safelight conditions students will cut and load RC paper into film holders and process their frames post shoot. All images will be created using the Crafts Center’s Omega View / Toyo.
