Even Count Peyote Stitch

Learn the beading technique of even count Peyote using large cylinder shape beads to practice before selecting and starting your project. You will have the opportunity to design your own earrings, bracelet, small pendant, or brooch using the peyote stitch graph paper; or select a design (free or you buy) from various beading websites. The Craft Center has a limited supply of cylinder beads to select and use for your project: but you are responsible for buying any additional beads (Miyuki Delica or Toho Aiko cylinder) needed to complete your project. Ear wires, pin backs and basic beading supplies (needles and thread) will be provided. Please note, the photo of jewelry does not represent the class project, only samples of the Peyote stitch.
