Guided Studio: Torch-Fired Enameling

Want more time to finish or develop that torch-fired idea you started during class? Come spend time in the studio at your own pace and work out your almost-there projects. The Crafts Center will provide the space and equipment. Instructor will be available for design assistance and technical help with metalsmithing and enameling, (sorry no stone setting projects). Students are responsible for providing their own supplies including enamels and metals. Email instructor for enamel ordering details, if needed. Wednesdays [4 weeks], June 26 – July 24 (skip July 3): 6:30 – 9:30pm

• Skill Level: Intermediate
• Prerequisites: Completion of the Introduction to Torch-Fired Enameling class or basic enameling skills are a must.  Basic metalsmithing knowledge such as sawing, drilling and soldering are helpful. 

Class fees by level:  NC State Students – $55   Public – $105
