Drawing with Glass Stringers [Workshop]
In this workshop you will explore how to create line work on your fused glass creations. Stringers are long thin pieces of glass, (imagine if spaghetti was made of glass.) They can be melted over a candle flame and manipulated to create looping lines and sharp curves that when fused will adorn your kilnworked creations. This is a very accessible method of glassworking that once honed is suitable for most home studios. This class is suitable for beginners who have never touched glass as well as seasoned glass artists looking for a new technique to add to their repertoire.
