Raleigh Street Photography

Enjoy the challenge of street photography on film [or digital if you insist!] and improve as a photographer! You will attend three photo-walks in downtown Raleigh followed by one class of open discussion and critique. Learn essential street photography techniques that will allow you to capture images with strong compositions and aspects of storytelling.

During the class, you may use your own camera or use a loaner camera from the Crafts Center. Film will be provided and processed by the instructor throughout the duration of the class – no darkroom experience required!

After the photo-walks, you will select and print your best three images for critique during the last class. You are responsible for providing your own transportation to and from Downtown Raleigh. Information regarding specific photo walk locations will be emailed following registration.
